2 oz. rum
Ginger Beer
Wedge of Lime

Pour the rum into the glass, squeeze out the juice of the lime wedge and toss the wedge in the glass, top with ginger beer.


2oz Rum (mix Demerara rum and Barbados)
3/4oz lime juice
1/4oz apple gastrique*
1/4oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
Gastrique: 3 cups sugar, 2 cups apple juice, 1 ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup lemon juice. 2 pinches of sea salt.


1 1/2 oz. white rum
1 lime cut in half
1/2 oz. simple syrup
4 mint leaves
Soda water
Crushed ice or ice cubes
Tools: muddler, mixing glass, barspoon
Glass: collins
Garnish: mint sprig

Muddle mint and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Squeeze in juice from both lime halves, add rum, ice and stir. Pour into a glass, top with soda water and garnish.


2 oz. white rum
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
Ice cubes
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: cocktail

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.

The freaky tiki punch or whatever Moe called it in the episode…..

1.5 ounces of your favorite fruit juice
(I used a mixture of pineapple, lime, and lemon juice)
1/2 ounce of simple syrup
2 ounces of Rum
2-3 dashes Black Walnut bitters

Shake in cocktail shaker. Strain into a glass full of ice.
